eTender Box
Unlike the official government site where tender content is constantly moving and shifting as new items are published and old ones expire, Subller creates a frozen "snapshot" of all the data. This stops tenders from moving around, ensuring you see everything and don't miss any opportunities. We call this the "etender box" – we box the information in so you can search through it comprehensively in one go.
To sweeten the deal more - we have eTender AI - A chat bot that finds the tenders for you.
The official tender portal lists many tenders under vague categories like "Other service activities" or "General." If you only search your specific industry (e.g., "Construction"), you could miss a relevant tender listed under a broader category (e.g., "Sports activities" for a construction project at a swimming pool). Subller’s snapshot solves this by freezing all data so nothing gets overlooked.
Subller features a powerful two-step process that combines filtering and searching. First, you use the filters to arrange the tenders in a specific order (e.g., by closing date or location). Then, you use the keyword search. This search will move down your filtered list and land on every tender where that keyword appears—whether it's in the description, category, organ of state, or city. You can search in all places at once without needing a separate search bar for each field.
The "System Snapshot" is our core feature. We take a still image of all the tender data from the government system at a point in time. In this frozen state—our "etender box"—tenders don't move forward when new ones are added or backward when they expire. This allows you to page through them reliably and use our filter-and-search function to find information all in one page and not have to navigate multiple search bars.
Subller is built for any business that bids on tenders, including:
• Construction Companies: To filter by CIDB grading.
• Suppliers: To search for opportunities by location and contract duration.
• Service Providers: To manage deadlines by sorting by briefing and closing dates.
• Small Business Owners: To focus only on tenders they are qualified for.
• Procurement Consultants: To efficiently find and access documents for multiple clients.
